Over the past two years of Hoarder's Collections, many opportunities have come up but due to having no funds ready to go, we missed out on some awesome opportunities.

This fund will be used to have funds ready when opportunities arise.

The main goal of this investment fund is for the purchase of Real Estate when this opportunity arises. We are still in limbo with regulations but are getting close and want to be ready when everything is set to go. We believe there are great opportunities in the Fractional Real Estate game that can bring constant revenue to our holders.

Before funds are spent on anything, a discord poll will be taken to get the opinion of the holders to ensure the majority is on the same page and happy with the decision.
